The Happy Valley Economic and Community Development Department is committed to making sure Happy Valley is a place people want to live, work, and play. The Department is responsible for implementing the City’s Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code and reviewing land use applications to ensure compliance with the community adopted standards.
