Aside from their top priorities to provide service for the preservation of life, the protection of property, and the general safety and well being of our citizens, the officers of Happy Valley Police Department are also focused on being strong community partners.

Education is one of their best tools as they reach out to the eager student or a mature citizen. Participating in classroom education, the Safety Fair, National Night Out, and other community events, the HVPD are the friendly, reliable faces who support this community.
