Happy Valley Parks and Recreation is partnering with Fill a Stocking, Fill a Heart for their annual donation drive! This is your chance to make a difference in someone’s life by creating a personalized gift. Stop by City Hall or the HV Library to pick up an empty stocking, which comes with helpful suggestions and a form to indicate the age your gifts are for. Fill it with joy, kindness, and whatever will make someone’s day brighter!
Deadline: Return your filled stockings to City Hall by December 5th at 5 p.m.
