Last week, Happy Valley’s City Council united together to condemn the racist comments made by newly elected Clackamas County Commissioner, Mark Shull. The Council values the diversity of our community and the inclusion of all voices and is adamant that sentiments of hate and intolerance are unacceptable. Together, Council joins other elected officials throughout the region in issuing a strong statement against Commissioner Shull’s comments and is committed to ensuring our community is a place that is welcoming to all.
