Natural Resource Protection Change
Notice of changes to Natural Resource Protection permitting for properties within the city limits of Happy Valley.
Contractors, Developers and Engineering Firms:
Natural Resource Protection such as Water Quality Resource Areas (WQRA) and Habitat Conservation Areas (HCA) require setbacks from wetlands and waterways.
