City celebrates volunteers
At this week’s Summer Concert, it wasn’t just the music that was cause for celebration. City Volunteers and 2023’s Outstanding Volunteers were honored with an evening that served to recognize their service and achievements. Every year, the City receives countless hours of service, invaluable advice, and strategic guidance from volunteers in the community. The City is fortunate to have volunteers serving on advisory committees that find solutions to traffic problems, improve parks, and manage growth. Additionally, the City is witness to countless individuals who roll up their sleeves to organize service projects that improve our environment, bring neighbors together, and help those in need. Thank you, volunteers, for all that you do. We appreciate you all!
