Oregon City Museums

Celebrate Oregon’s birthday with a trip to historic Oregon City!

Leave the driving up to us as we take you from Happy Valley to Oregon City in our RecMobile! Spend the day exploring some of Oregon City’s most historic sites and museums. There will be a walking tour from McLoughlin House to the Oregon City Municipal Elevator and McLoughlin Promenade for views of Historic Downtown. Guided tours of the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center and the Ermatinger House will take you through Oregon City’s early history.

We will depart from Happy Valley City Hall at 10:30am and return by 4:30pm. Bring extra money for lunch at Corner 14 Food Carts where you can choose from a variety of places to eat and drink. There will also be gift shops at the museums if you are interested in purchasing souvenirs. Don’t forget to also wear your walking shoes and be prepared for all types of weather.

Spend the whole day having fun, learning about history, and explore Oregon’s Hometown in celebration of the state’s birthday on February 14th!
