The City of Happy Valley would like to congratulate newly elected City Councilor, Josh Callahan and re-elected incumbent City Councilor, Brett Sherman. We would also like to congratulate re-elected incumbent Mayor, Tom Ellis.
Mayor-elect Ellis and Councilors-elect Callahan and Sherman will join Councilor David Emami and Council President David Golobay on City Council in January.
