PV/NC CAC

As part of the extensive public involvement campaign that will be included with the Pleasant Valley/North Carver Comprehensive Plan (PV/NC Comp Plan), the City has been engaged in the formation of several committees, one of which is a Community Advisory Committee (CAC).

The CAC is designed to be the Statewide Planning Goal 1 Citizen Involvement advisory committee with the responsibilities of helping with the community outreach strategy and advising on the content and language of the PV/NC Comp Plan. The CAC is comprised of 13 individuals with broad and diverse interests. This committee was recruited and appointed by the City Council prior to the commencement of work on the PV/NC Comp Plan.

On May 23, 2018, informational letters were sent to citizens with property located within the PV/NC Comp Plan area inviting them to apply for the PV/NC CAC. PV/NC CAC applications were received through Friday, June 22, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.

Community Advisory Committee Members

There are many opportunities to participate in the PV/NC Comp Plan process. Participate in one of the upcoming community events (listed under Events), or in an online workshop (starting April 18).
