172nd Avenue will see an extended closure to thru traffic between Huckleberry Rd. and Sager Rd. starting Monday, May 15. Construction is anticipated to continue through Thursday, June 29.
The closure is necessary to allow for the safe installation of utilities for a new development adjacent to 172nd Avenue. As a result, a detour will be in effect from Foster Rd. to Hemrich Rd. which will allow drivers to bypass the affected area. The City will provide updates to this information should anything change.
