This November, voters in Happy Valley will be asked to decide if the Public Safety Levy should be renewed or not. Funding for the Happy Valley Police Department is currently covered through this source.
For residents who would like to ask questions or get a better understanding of what the Public Safety Levy is, please feel free to attend this upcoming event. We’ll be going over the basics, including how the City contracts with the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office. You can also take this time to ask general public safety questions and get to know some of the deputies that patrol Happy Valley. Event takes place Thursday, Oct. 10th from 5pm-8pm at City Hall.
