Through a partnership with Clackamas County, Oregon’s Water Environment Services, some fun artwork is emerging in Happy Valley Park by way of storm drains and water basins. The project showcases designs from local artist, Sarah Miller, of Portraits in Prose, Ink. Her work was approved by the City’s Parks Advisory and Public Art Committees, and brings touches of whimsy and bursts of color. The effort aims to provide education about the impact water runoff has on our streams. Check out the link below for more information and keep your eyes open for more artwork in the Park!
