Work to begin on city-maintained sidewalks

Attention Happy Valley residents! Starting Tuesday, January 27^th, select city-maintained sidewalks on boulevard streets will begin receiving panel replacements or rehabilitation. This work is necessary to address tripping hazards. Some areas will require tree replacements to eliminate the existing roots that are causing some of the panels to lift from the ground. Traffic pedestrian access routes will be in place during construction and traffic control will be set up on some roads requiring traffic to shift lanes. This project is anticipated to be completed by March 20^th.
