Room Reservations

UPDATE: Beginning September 11, 2024, study rooms will be available for booking up to 2 hours per day. Visit go.lincc.org/hvrooms to make a reservation.

Study Rooms

Note that study rooms are only available during the library’s open hours:

Sunday, Monday: 10am – 6pm

Tues, Wed, Thurs: 10am – 8pm

Friday, Saturday: 10am – 6pm

After reserving, visit a service desk on the first floor: a staff member will unlock your reserved room. For the last reservation of the day, you must leave the room 15 minutes before the Library closes.

  • Reservations:
    • Ages 13 and up
    • Must have a valid LINCC library card
    • Reserve for 15 minutes up to 2 hours per card user per day
  • Occupancy:
    • Study Room 1 & 2 – up to 4 people
    • Study Room 3 – up to 3 people*
  • Purpose: Great for study sessions or small meetings
  • Location: Main floor, at the back of the adult fiction/nonfiction collections

You must not be disruptive to others. Also, you’re not allowed to use glitter, glue, paint, or other craft materials in a study room. The Library has whiteboard markers available and asks that you use those instead of your own markers.

Can’t find a reservation slot that works for you? Non-reservable, quiet study and reading space is available throughout the library on a first-come, first-serve basis.

* Study Rooms 1 & 2 may be requested up to 7 days in advance. Study Room 3 is only available for same-day reservations.
