Community Room

The Happy Valley Library has a meeting room that groups of five or more can reserve.

There is no charge for the room. It can be reserved up to 90 days in advance. A signed copy of the registration form must be on file before a reservation can be made. See the registration form for the community room use policy.

The room has 8 tables and 75 chairs. It also has a large whiteboard and a projection screen. There is Wi-Fi available in the room. Groups using the room must supply their own electronic equipment such as computers, projectors, etc.

Note that the room is only available to reserve during the library’s open hours:

• Sunday, Monday: 10am – 6pm
• Tues, Wed, Thurs: 10am – 8pm
• Friday, Saturday: 10am – 6pm
