Teen Advisory Boards
Being a member of the Middle School Advisory Board or High School Advisory Board provides you with a chance to be creative, develop your leadership skills and help your library.
- Advisory Board for 6th-8th graders meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 5 – 6 pm.
- Advisory Board for 9th-12th graders meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month from 5 – 6 pm.
Students in grades 6th-12th can volunteer at the Library, assisting behind the scenes with craft prep and projects and with Children’s programs as activity helpers. Most volunteering happens Saturday mornings or afternoons. Students must complete a volunteer application prior to volunteering. For more information, and a complete list of possible teen volunteer opportunities, please contact Youth Services at 503-783-3454 or email@example.com.
