International Day of Happiness

C’mon Get Happy!
International Day of Happiness is March 20
Since 2013, the United Nations has recognized March 20 as International Day of Happiness – a day to embrace joy, connection, and well-being. The day serves to signify the importance of happiness in the lives of people around the world and invites people of all backgrounds to celebrate together.
This year Happy Valley Parks and Recreation and Happy Valley Library invite you to join in on the celebration!
YOU’RE INVITED!
Join us Thursday, Mar. 20 from 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. at Happy Valley Library for a special celebration. Families can take part in fun, collaborative art activities that showcase the power of community. Kids will get to color in shared art pieces and engage in a creative activity highlighting how we’re all connected. For those who prefer a quieter experience, individual activities will also be available, providing a peaceful space to participate at their own pace.
Friends, families, and neighbors are encouraged to attend the event together as we recognize the day as a community. Let’s come together to spread happiness and make meaningful connections!
