Grab your kiddos and head to the park for a hands-on celebration of Public Works Week! Meet the amazing Public Works crew who help keep our city running, enjoy fun activities for kids, and get an up-close look at some seriously impressive BIG RIGS. We’re thrilled to welcome our friends from Clackamas Water Environment Services, who will be rolling in with their own fleet of cool trucks to explore. It’s a fun-filled event packed with curiosity, discovery, and plenty of chances to climb, learn, and play!
Members of our Public Works Team are the unsung heroes of the City. They provide all the maintenance for our park buildings and athletic fields, remove debris from roads and plow the snow in the winter, and take care of things like pothole repair, street signage, and street-sweeping. We are so appreciative of our Public Works crew and hope you are too! If you see them out and about, be sure to say hello and thank them for all they do.
