Get ready for another unforgettable summer of music, community, and throwback fun as Concerts in the Valley returns to Happy Valley Park! This season’s lineup features crowd-pleasing tribute bands performing iconic hits from across the decades, bringing high-energy performances and plenty of singalong moments to Thursday nights in the park.

With stage lights glowing, guitars roaring, and laughter drifting over from the nearby splash pad and playground, Concerts in the Valley offers the perfect mix of live entertainment and summertime atmosphere. Bring a blanket or lawn chair, grab dinner and drinks from onsite vendors, and settle in for festival-style evenings with friends, family, and neighbors. Beer and wine will also be available for purchase.

Kids can join the fun in the Happy Zone, a dedicated activity area coordinated by the Happy Valley Parks & Recreation team featuring crafts, games, and hands-on activities. With rotating themes and activities each week, there’s always something new for young concertgoers to enjoy while the grownups relax and enjoy the show. 🎶🌅

July 9 – Wild Boys –  Duran Duran Tribute
Wild Boys performs the music of Duran Duran, bringing the iconic sound and style of the British pop legends to the stage. Delivering the unmistakable energy & fun, they take you back to the golden age of MTV and beyond.

July 16 – Barracuda – Heart Tribute
Barracuda – Heart tribute is an incredibly accurate tribute to the Seattle Rock Hall of Fame band, featuring the powerhouse vocals of DL Car. Barracuda delivers world-wide hits with style and passion for audiences across North America. Heart founding member/guitarist Roger Fisher has endorsed Barracuda and has even joined them on stage for several performances.

July 23 – Fighting FoosFoo Fighters Tribute
Fighting Foos – Foo Fighters tribute is a Portland-based group that plays the music with the energy and aesthetic it deserves. No half measures, only to respect and honor rock & roll’s greatest flag wavers of the modern day.

July 30 – Good Times Roll – The Cars Tribute
Good Times Roll is a group of five seasoned musicians from the United States’ Pacific Northwest, committed to bringing the Cars look and music to the people. During the concert, you can also check out our 3rd annual Classic Car Show!

August 6 – Slicker – Country-Rock Covers
Slicker is a 7-piece country and rock band, playing the best country hits while taking you on a musical tour through the decades and genres. Slicker delivers a rock concert-style performance, and brings an energetic party vibe that gets people knocking chairs over to get to the dance floor. They have been entertaining crowds in clubs, rodeos, and festivals across the Pacific Northwest for over 11 years with danceable, high energy music
that connects with people from all ages and walks of life.

August 13 – Red Not Chili Peppers – Red Hot Chili Peppers Tribute
Red Not Chili Peppers pay tribute to the ultimate funk rock quartet: a band who has developed one of the largest die-hard followings in the world by transcending four decades of chart-topping success. Combining nostalgic hits, full throttle energy, and virtuosic performances, the Red Nots channel the raging party that has given the Chili Peppers international acclaim and regal rock and roll status.

August 20 – Taken By The Sky – Fleetwood Mac Tribute
Taken By The Sky captures audiences with their authentic performance of the iconic band at the height of their career, representing the music known & loved by millions. The 6-piece from Portland, OR has taken flight with their gorgeous harmonies, unmistakable musicianship and captivating stage show.

August 27 – Grand Royale – Beastie Boys Tribute
Grand Royale is one of the most visually & sonically captivating acts on the scene. Three MC’s (MCAin’t, Mike Double D and BADRock) backed by a four-piece band & DJ (The White Castle Combo) performing tracks spanning the Beasties entire catalog (even THE MIX-UP instrumentals!) with Beasties antics galore.
