As always, admission to the festival is 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 for everyone! Come enjoy live music, food carts, local vendors, and our spectacular fireworks show at no cost.
Planning to enjoy the carnival rides and inflatables? You’ll need a city-issued wristband.
𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Residents who live within Happy Valley city limits receive FREE unlimited access to carnival rides and inflatables. This complimentary access is made possible because Happy Valley residents pay a Parks & Recreation tax. Just bring a photo ID with proof of address to receive your resident wristband.
𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Non-resident wristbands cost $20 and provide unlimited access to rides and inflatables. Purchase in advance at City Hall with cash or card, or on July 4 with cash only.

We highly encourage residents and non-residents alike to stop by City Hall before the event to pick up or purchase wristbands. Getting your wristband ahead of time means less waiting and more time enjoying the festival!
Wristbands will be available at City Hall during regular business hours June 22 – July 2, or you can get them at the festival on July 4. Please note that day-of-event wristband purchases are cash only.
Happy Valley’s 4th of July Family Festival remains one of the few free family-friendly celebrations in the metro area, and we’re proud to continue bringing our community together for this special tradition.
