Here in Happy Valley, we believe in working hard, but also having a great time while we’re at it! From keeping our neighborhoods safe and vibrant, to creating fun, family-friendly events, we’re all about making our city a place you’re proud to call home.

We like to say, “A city that plays together, stays together,” and our jam-packed calendar is proof! Whether it’s rocking out at Concerts in the Valley, enjoying the Fourth of July Family Festival, raising a glass at Oktoberfest, or celebrating the holidays at our annual Tree Lighting, there’s always something exciting happening. Plus, local businesses make these moments even more special through their amazing support and generosity.

And that’s not all – our Community Services team is all about connecting and inspiring our younger residents! From school visits to City Hall tours, we’re always looking for ways to bring our community closer, partnering with local schools, businesses, and community groups to make it happen.

OUR 4TH OF JULY FAMILY FESTIVAL

The 4th of July Family Festival is one of the biggest events of the year for our community. It brings families together to celebrate freedom, connect with neighbors, and create lasting memories. With fun activities, local vendors, and a spectacular fireworks display, it strengthens community spirit and showcases the pride we share in calling Happy Valley home.
