Happy Valley Building Division ensures that all buildings are safe and meet the building code requirements. We accomplish this by being proficient in our knowledge of the building codes, performing accurate plan reviews, and making detailed inspections at the job site.

Our Mission:
To provide quality service to the community that is knowledgeable, efficient, comprehensive and helpful to the public. The intention is to safeguard life, health, property and public welfare by regulating and controlling the construction, quality of materials, use of all buildings and structures within the City of Happy Valley.
To be increasingly proficient in our knowledge of all pertinent building codes, performing accurate plan reviews, and making detailed inspections at the job site.
To be responsible for the administration and enforcement of the uniform codes and related Federal, State, and City adopted laws and ordinances.
