About the Engineering Division
The Engineering Division serves as a liaison between the citizens of Happy Valley, private contractors, other jurisdictions and agencies (city, county, state, and federal).
This Division is responsible for a variety of tasks including review, approval and permitting of civil site/grading plans for commercial, industrial, and multi-family developments and the construction and erosion control inspections for those developments.
In addition, the Engineering Division maintains the Engineering Design Standard Manual and assists the Public Works Department with administering and managing Capital Improvements Projects (CIP).
