Passport Services

Beginning Monday, Jan. 30, the City of Happy Valley will temporarily suspend its passport service as agents reevaluate current processes. The closure is anticipated to extend through February, with services resuming no later than March.

Passport services have been progressively in high demand at the City with agents, who also perform other tasks at the municipality, processing upwards of 60+ applications daily. Halting services temporarily will provide an opportunity for the City to work on establishing practices that will expedite the experience and make service more efficient.
