Passport Service is Suspended Monday, Mar. 16 – Tuesday, Mar. 31, 2020
While City Hall remains open and is operating on usual business hours, our Passport Services will be suspended for two weeks starting this Monday, March 16 through Friday, March 27. The City has elected to do this as a further preventative measure to encourage social distancing and will reevaluate this suspension at the end of those two weeks.

The City of Happy Valley is a Designated Passport Application Acceptance Facility
A valid U.S. passport is required to enter and leave most foreign countries. As of June 1, 2009, U.S. citizens traveling between the United States and Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda must present a valid Passport Book or Passport Card at land border crossings and sea ports-of-entry. Passports Services are available from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
