Youth Entrepreneur Program

Inspire creativity, build confidence, and grow your entrepreneurial spirit! Expanding on last year’s success, the Happy Valley Youth Entrepreneur Program gives K-12 students the opportunity to showcase and sell their handmade crafts or services at five major city events: Paws in the Park, the 4th of July Family Festival, one Summer Concert, Oktoberfest, and the Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony.

Thanks to sponsorship and mentorship from the Happy Valley Business Alliance, young participants will gain firsthand business experience—from designing products to engaging with customers—all while developing essential entrepreneurial skills. Each accepted applicant will receive a Happy Valley Business License, a recognition letter from the Mayor, and access to a network of local mentors and business leaders.

Applications are now closed, but you can still be part of the fun! Each event features a limited number of youth participants, making it a special opportunity to come out, show your support, and celebrate their creativity.
