Tuesday, August 19, members of Happy Valley City Council and the volunteer art committee partook in an ‘art walk’ around City Hall to tour the new works on display and to recognize the artists who made them. Every two years, City Hall rotates the outdoor art that is showcased around the building. Artists submit applications and are chosen by members of the art committee to be featured.
