Local historian and author Mark Hurlburt has written a book, Happy Valley Oregon: A Brief History, exploring the origins of Happy Valley and its transformation over the years. Drawing from historic archives and personal interviews, Mark weaves together stories that will fascinate lifelong history buffs and anyone who simply loves our city.
Copies of Happy Valley Oregon: A Brief History can be purchased for $25 each at the City Store at City Hall during regular business hours.
