In November of 2025 Bond Measure 3-626 to fund the construction of a community center in Happy Valley did not pass. City Council would now like to hear directly from residents to gain a better understanding of why.

Residents are invited to attend an in-person listening session with an outside facilitator to share their thoughts and feelings about the bond measure.  All residents are encouraged to participate.
