Hosted by Happy Valley Parks and Recreation, Dumpster Day is the perfect way to kick off summer with a little less clutter (and a lot less stuff in the garage). The event is open to City of Happy Valley residents only and offers a convenient way to responsibly discard a variety of unwanted items.
