GENERAL ELECTION NOVEMBER 3, 2026 – OPEN POSITIONS
The City of Happy Valley will have three elected positions on the ballot for the upcoming General Election on
Tuesday, November 3, 2026: Mayor, Council Position 1, and Council Position 3.
Each position carries a four-year term, beginning January 1, 2027, and concluding December 31, 2030. As of this
notice, the positions are held by Tom Ellis, Mayor, Joshua Callahan, Council Position 1, and Brett Sherman, Council
Position 3.
