ADA Transition Plan Survey

The City of Happy Valley is hosting a survey for community members to provide their feedback on the draft Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan. ADA Transition Plans serve as a roadmap for the identification and removal of physical barriers in public spaces that do not meet ADA standards.

The City of Happy Valley is developing an ADA Transition Plan to identify barriers to accessibility in our community. The following survey is meant to identify community priorities to make Happy Valley a more inviting, safe, and livable environment, and to tailor city plans to meet our neighbors’ needs.
