CARNIVAL RIDES AND INFLATABLES WILL NOW REQUIRE A CITY ISSUED WRISTBAND FOR USE.
Residents of Happy Valley pay a Parks & Recreation tax, those who reside within City of Happy Valley limits will continue to enjoy complimentary unlimited access to these additional activities. A designated wristband for residents will be issued with proof of address.
Happy Valley’s 4th of July Family Festival remains one of the only free community events offered in the Metro area and we are proud to provide a family-friendly gathering to help celebrate the holiday. The City is introducing this fee to help cover the increasing expenses involved in planning and producing the event.
