City of Happy Valley official statement:

Bond Measure 3-626, to fund the construction of the Happy Valley Community Center, did not pass. 

Over the last decade, the City of Happy Valley has heard directly from residents about the need to build a multigenerational gathering place for residents to connect, recreate and learn. This ballot measure was created in response to those conversations. However, the outcome of this vote shows that there is more work to be done in determining how best to deliver this facility to the community. 

Over the coming weeks and months, the city will determine how best to move forward. We respect and appreciate everyone who participated in this election.
