Bond Measure 3-626 Community Input Survey
In November of 2025, Measure 3-626 to fund the construction of a community center in Happy Valley did not pass. The bond measure was referred to the ballot after years of outreach efforts (including surveys, open houses, steering committees, and focus groups) that indicated there was voter support to build a community center.
Now, City Council would like to hear directly from residents to understand what changed.
To participate, fill out the below survey once anytime between February 2nd and February 20th. All Happy Valley residents are encouraged to participate.
Interested in sharing your thoughts and opinions in person? Attend the bond measure listening session coming up on Wednesday, March 4th, 5:30pm – 7:30pm, at Happy Valley City Hall. The listening session will be hosted by an outside facilitator who will capture any additional comments from the community.
Thank you for taking the time to participate and provide your feedback!
