The City of Happy Valley and the Happy Valley Police Department have partnered to help get illegal fireworks off our streets. If you have illegal fireworks, please consider turning them in during this no-questions-asked amnesty event, taking place June 29th – July 3rd from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Simply bring them to the Happy Valley Community Policing Center, located at 12915 SE King Rd., and place them in the marked receptacle. Our team will ensure they are disposed of safely.
Please remember that anyone found in possession of illegal fireworks within Happy Valley city limits outside of this amnesty event may be subject to a $1,000 citation.
