Illegal Fireworks Are a No-Go in Happy Valley!
The City has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to illegal fireworks. If you’re caught using them within City limits, expect a $1,000 citation—no warnings given.
To Report Illegal Fireworks Use:
Call the non-emergency line at 503-655-8211.
Only call 9-1-1 if there is a life-threatening emergency or active danger to property.
Fireworks Amnesty Turn-In
Got illegal fireworks? Turn them in June 30–July 3 at the Happy Valley Police Department (12915 SE King Rd) — no questions asked.
