We’ve heard from many residents about e-bike safety, and the city is listening. Community feedback has made it clear that people want thoughtful solutions that help keep our kids safe while still supporting responsible riding.
We are inviting residents, parents, riders, and community members to join us at an upcoming Traffic & Public Safety Meeting on April 9th, 6-8pm, at City Hall. This meeting will be focused on e-bike/e-scooter use in our community. This will be a town hall style conversation where we want to hear your ideas, experiences, and concerns.
Together, we will discuss rider behaviors, safety practices, and community expectations as we begin shaping potential guidelines and regulations that prioritizes youth safety and responsible riding.
Your voice matters in this process. By working together, we can build community-informed solutions that help keep our streets, sidewalks, and riders safe.
