Happy Valley Parks & Recreation and the Happy Valley Police Department are teaming up to keep our community visible this season. Pick up a FREE flashing safety light for your evening walks, early jogs, or bike rides.
Available for pick up while supplies last at:
- Happy Valley City Hall
- Happy Valley Library
- Community Policing Center
