Ivy Markesino

Ivy Markesino is the Human Resources Director for the City of Happy Valley. In her role, she provides Human Resources leadership and support for City employees as well as candidates applying for employment with the City. Ivy manages recruitment and retention, employee relations, employee training and development, employee benefit and wellness programs, provides guidance for operational managers, as well as City classification and compensation programs. She has worked for the City since 2019. Prior to joining the City, she has held human resources leadership roles in both private and public sector. Ivy has a Master of Business Administration from Marylhurst University and Bachelor of Science is Business Management with a Human Resources Management Certificate from Northern Arizona University.
