Ben Bryant is the Assistant City Manager for the City of Happy Valley. In his current role, he provides oversight for the Library, Communications & Public Relations, Intergovernmental Relations/Policy Analysis, Capital Improvements, Information Technology, Human Resources, Risk Management, and City Recording. Ben has led numerous other projects, such as the expansion of the Happy Valley Library.
Ben has been an active member in the City Management profession, including being selected by his peers to serve on the Board of Directors of the Oregon City/County Management Association.
He has worked for the City since 2015. Prior to joining Happy Valley, he served five years with the City of Tualatin, first as a Management Analyst and later as the Economic Development Manager.
Ben has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Willamette University.
