City of Happy Valley
On behalf of the City, we would like to recognize and thank the many volunteers who generously give their time and energy to serve our community.
Volunteers are at the core of what keeps our City running. It is because of the work carried out by our City Council, City Committee members, community partners, and residents that Happy Valley continues to be a great place to live and work.
