The members from the Happy Valley Youth Council are looking for teens who enjoy getting involved, giving back, and speaking up for their peers. They are now accepting applications to fill open positions. Teens who live in Happy Valley and will be entering freshman through junior year during the 2026–2027 school year are eligible to apply.
Completed applications must be submitted to City Hall by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Applicants should also plan to attend the Youth Council meeting on May 20, 2026, at City Hall, where they will participate in a panel interview.
