Youth Entrepreneur Program
Inspire, create, and grow!
The Youth Entrepreneur Program empowers K-12 students in our community!
Inspire creativity, build confidence, and grow your entrepreneurial spirit! Expanding on last year’s success, the Happy Valley Youth Entrepreneur Program gives K-12 students the opportunity to showcase and sell their handmade crafts or services at five major city events: Paws in the Park, the 4th of July Family Festival, one Summer Concert, Oktoberfest, and the Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony.
Thanks to sponsorship and mentorship from the Happy Valley Business Alliance, young participants will gain firsthand business experience—from designing products to engaging with customers—all while developing essential entrepreneurial skills. Each accepted applicant will receive a Happy Valley Business License, a recognition letter from the Mayor, and access to a network of local mentors and business leaders.
Applications for this year are now closed—but the fun is just getting started! You can still support our talented young makers at upcoming community events, where a limited number of youth participants will be showcasing their creativity. Looking ahead, applications for the 2026 Youth Entrepreneur Program will open in March. Stay tuned to our social media channels for updates and your chance to sign up!
Let’s keep celebrating the creativity, drive, and spirit of our local youth!
