City residents will have the opportunity to drop off seasonal yard debris (leaves, woody debris and grass clippings) at the HV Public Works building for FREE recycling, courtesy of Happy Valley Parks and Recreation. Residents are responsible for unloading and de-bagging their drop-off materials on-site. The Public Works building is located at 13910 SE Ridgecrest Road, adjacent to Happy Valley Park. Please note, this is a residential service only which means no commercial landscaping or contractor loads will be accepted…
