Chris Randall

Chris Randall became a Public Works Director in 2004 and has been here at Happy Valley since 2008. Randall was born and raised in Portland Metro area and has a high level of understanding about public infrastructure throughout the region. Certifications from the State of Oregon include; water operator, wastewater operator and cross connection specialist. Randall’s vast experience includes; project administration, fleet management, facility management, transportation and maintenance, water system management, wastewater and storm system management, parks and recreation and emergency management. With a personal passion for providing a high level of customer service, the Public Works Department strives to be there when you need them.
