Construction work along 129th Avenue and King Road is progressing as planned. Currently, crews are focusing on burying utilities in preparation for a future roundabout at the SE 129th and King Rd. intersection. Traffic control will continue to be in effect as we move into the next month and residents will soon notice work beginning to shift more specifically to King Rd. Traffic control will continue as utility work begins there.
Installation of the roundabout is anticipated to take place this summer. This intersection is crucial for traffic flow within the City as it serves many travelers on a daily basis.
