Mission Statement

Provide meeting facilities appropriate to the event for civic, local, regional, state and federal government entities to establish, promote and strengthen partnerships that will enhance the quality of life for its residents.

The City of Happy Valley has several meeting areas available for non-profit civic groups and government related meetings. You can read the Facility Reservations Policy here.

Our Facility Use Application must be submitted and approved, along with proof of liability insurance for the use of any facility or room through the City of Happy Valley. You can buy insurance through the NLC-sponsored TULIP program, or you can purchase a policy through another private insurance carrier of your choice. Upon approval, you will receive confirmation and building access information for your reservation.

The following facilities are available for use:

  • Council Chambers – 120 people
  • Hoodview Room – 10 people
  • Rebstock Room – 10 people
  • Annex at Happy Valley Policing Station – 50 people
