ADA Transition Plan Study

The City of Happy Valley has surveyed all local city roads to identify accessibility gaps in our roadways. The City is working with members of the Happy Valley community to prioritize gaps and projects to best improve transportation accessibility in the area.

ADA Transition Plan Study Update

During examination of Happy Valley’s roadways, the following map identifies sidewalk gaps and curb ramps that are out of compliance with ADA accessibility standards:

Please note that due to the City’s rapid growth and annexation, many community roads fall outside the City’s jurisdiction. City boundaries are not always obvious, and you can find the jurisdictions responsible for local roadways here: Happy Valley Road Jurisdiction Maps

An Open House will be held at Happy Valley City Hall (16000 SE Misty Dr.) on June 25, 2026, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. Please join us and share your thoughts and priorities for making our public spaces more accessible and accommodating.
